Hilton is hiring a Commis I for Asian cuisine at its hotel in Lucknow. Working under senior chefs, you will prepare menu items to set recipes and quality standards, handle guest orders efficiently for a good dining experience, and know the menu well enough to manage complex recipes. The role also includes looking after your station, execution, quality control and inventory checks, and inspecting and finishing plates before they go to guests, while keeping the kitchen clean and safe. This is an on-site, full-time role for cooks with around 1 year of kitchen experience who want to grow in a large international hotel brand.
