Hilton is hiring a Commis III for continental cuisine at its hotel in Lucknow. Under the supervision of senior chefs, you will help prepare and cook menu items to designated recipes and quality standards, handle guest orders efficiently, and build knowledge of the menu and its recipes. You will help with station work, quality checks and inventory, and inspect plates before service, while keeping work areas clean and hygienic.
