Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Personal Bankers for inbound branch banking in Mumbai. You will handle cash and non-cash transactions quickly and accurately, including withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts and cheques, give customers general banking information and resolve queries promptly, and spot chances to cross-sell other banking products. You will keep service professional to build loyalty and referrals. Requirements are a graduate degree in any discipline, 1 to 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, sales or customer service, good communication, a customer-first attitude, the ability to meet sales targets, and a basic understanding of banking products and processes.
