EXL is hiring Finance and Accounting Executives in Noida (hybrid). You will prepare financial statements and reports, investigate issues and support month-end statutory and GAAP close activities, working within ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. The role needs a B.Com with 0 to 2 years of hands-on reporting experience, a good grasp of GAAP and accounting principles, strong Excel and reporting skills, and an understanding of internal controls, approval matrices, segregation of duties and audit requirements. You should be able to manage deadlines, payment cut-offs, several priorities and high transaction volumes; experience with procurement and expense management tools is an advantage, as is clear written and spoken communication.
