EXL is hiring an Executive for CAD design work from home, attached to its Noida operations. You will create high-quality designs from customer requirements within set timelines, using SolidWorks or Inventor and AutoCAD extensively, and use training and feedback to improve. Candidates need a B.E. or B.Tech in any stream (Mechanical and Civil preferred), mandatory proficiency in Inventor or SolidWorks (a certification is preferred), and 0 to 3 years of related work experience. A swimming pool industry background is a plus but not required. Strong maths, attention to detail, time management, analytical skills, MS Office, good communication and the ability to work under pressure in peak season are expected.
