UPS Technology is hiring an Associate Application Developer focused on SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) for its Chennai office. In this full-time, permanent role you will be assigned a specific software tool or programming language, build proficiency in it, and contribute ideas and solutions to business problems within the applications development team that supports UPS's global logistics operations. You are expected to understand the company's brand, customers and product goals and to work well with cross-functional teams. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field and knowledge of programming languages. Exposure to SAP BOBJ or another BI tool, and to Crystal Reports, Tableau or similar reporting tools, is an advantage. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply. Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation and comfort in a fast-paced environment are important.
