JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Client Technical Onboarding Specialist in Bengaluru to help corporate clients set up and test treasury and payments products. You will own client implementations, set timelines, keep documentation up to date, share status updates with clients and internal teams, and support product setup and testing based on documented requirements. The role involves spotting gaps and exceptions, escalating issues on time and meeting service level agreements while working across several teams with little supervision.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree in engineering and 1+ years in banking, financial services or treasury product implementation with a technical background; working knowledge of mainframe testing, file transmissions and file formats such as ISO, X12 and BAI2; understanding of ISO 20022/EDI and XML messages; and familiarity with system, regression and user acceptance testing. UiPath/RPA knowledge is a plus.
