Eaton in Pune (Hadapsar) is hiring an Associate Engineer for its flow and thermal simulation team supporting electrical products for the Americas business. You will build and validate digital prototypes that model product physics and predict key quality characteristics, run analysis on low to medium complexity electrical components and assemblies, flag technical and schedule risks, and support simulation requests with subject-matter experts. You will also learn DFSS methods, join improvement initiatives, and explore how AI and machine learning can help thermal simulation.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute and 0–6 months of experience in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, CFD and thermal analysis. Good fit for fresh graduates.
