The role also covers regular inspections, setting up new branches (furniture, equipment, space planning), managing office supplies, liaising with utility providers and local authorities, and working with IT on branch infrastructure.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in facility management or business administration preferred), at least 2 years of facility management experience, ideally in banking or financial services, plus good organisation, communication and basic computer skills.
