Axis Bank is hiring a Corporate Relationship Officer for its retail forex (RFR) corporate channel in Chandigarh. You will be mapped to a set of corporate clients, visit their offices to issue forex cards and foreign currency notes, and make sure KYC is completed as per bank guidelines. The job involves collecting and delivering foreign currency between the bank's empanelled partners and corporate travellers, returning balance currency at day end, submitting KYC documents and cards internally, and building relationships to meet cross-sell targets for forex cards and outward/inward remittances. Field travel within the city is a regular part of the role.
Requirements: a graduate with about 2–4 years of experience, good relationship and multitasking skills, and the ability to handle several stakeholders.
