Axis Bank is hiring Service Branch Relationship Officers for branches in Coimbatore and Hyderabad. The role focuses on branch operations and customer service: improving the Branch Operations Health Index, reducing non-financial transaction requests and service turnaround overruns, raising customer NPS, and driving adoption of straight-through processing and digital acknowledgement receipts at the branch. You will follow bank compliance policies to keep audit scores high, manage customer complaints, and work with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep the branch running smoothly.
What they look for: about 2–4 years of banking experience with a good grasp of banking processes, regulatory compliance and customer service, plus a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
