Marriott is hiring Commis III kitchen staff for its hotels in Mussoorie and Agra. As an entry-level cook you will prepare ingredients (portioning, chopping, washing and peeling produce, weighing and mixing), cook food to recipes and presentation standards, prepare cold items, and operate ovens, stoves, grills and fryers. You will taste and test food to confirm it is cooked properly, keep your station clean and organised, and follow food safety and hotel safety procedures while working as part of the kitchen team.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related kitchen experience. No supervisory experience needed. Expect to stand for long shifts and handle kitchen equipment and supplies.
