Marriott is hiring a Food & Beverage Controller (Executive) for one of its hotels in India. You will check figures, postings and documents for accuracy, keep files, records, cash and cash equivalents secure and organised as per policy, and record and analyse financial information in computer systems. The job includes classifying, coding and summarising financial data in journals and ledgers and preparing and maintaining financial reports. In this F&B control role you will keep a close eye on food and beverage costs and records for the hotel.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience in finance, accounts or cost control. No supervisory experience required.
