Spektra Systems is hiring AI-Native Software Engineer Trainees (8 openings) to work remotely from anywhere in India. The company says the role may move onsite in the future. Instead of writing most of the code by hand, you will learn to ship complete features by directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Copilot across Spektra products like CloudLabs and SaaSify, plus its marketing sites. Work includes turning requirements into clear, agent-ready specs with acceptance criteria, reviewing agent output for correctness, edge cases and security before raising pull requests, having agents write unit, integration and Playwright end-to-end tests, building landing pages, and creating small internal AI automations. Senior engineers review your work and mentor you.
Tech you may touch: .NET/ASP.NET Core, SQL Server and Angular; Next.js/React, TypeScript and Python services; Astro/Next.js with Tailwind.
Eligibility: freshers and early-career candidates (0 to 1 year) who have already built a few real projects using AI coding agents. Shifts can be general or EMEA.
