GE HealthCare is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Bengaluru to support its Manufacturing Process Engineering team on the Mitosis Program, a project to transfer and localise manufacturing. Working under experienced manufacturing process engineers, you will create and maintain process documentation, validation protocols, work instructions and qualification records. You will help plan and run process validations and equipment and fixture qualifications, support the shop floor during product transfer and production ramp-up, and help train newly hired operators. The role also involves working with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operations teams, contributing to lean and continuous-improvement work, and following EHS, quality and regulatory rules in a regulated medical-device setting.
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related discipline; recent graduates and early-career engineers are welcome. You should be willing to work on the shop floor and have good documentation, analytical and communication skills.
