Equifax is hiring Software Engineer II roles focused on hands-on support of its technology platforms. You will provide rotational 24/7 coverage, respond to and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and work with engineering teams to improve stability, performance and quality.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and roughly 2 to 5 years in IT support. You should have 2+ years of Linux scripting and troubleshooting, experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and exposure to software testing, performance and quality engineering. A customer-service mindset and good problem-solving skills are expected.
