Hitachi Energy is hiring a Software Developer for its HVDC digital twin products, such as IdentiQ, in Chennai. You will design and build new features and improve existing ones, work with the BIM (Building Information Modeling) and AIM (Asset Information Management) teams to integrate 2D and 3D models and data across platforms, and explore AI techniques to automate 3D/2D design, documentation and drawing work. You will also work with R&D, Service and the Product Owner to find pain points, test solutions and reduce manual effort in internal workflows.
Requirements: 3+ years of software development experience, ideally with digital twin, 3D modelling or BIM-related tools. Full-time, office-based role (not remote).
