Kyndryl is hiring an Application Support Analyst to support, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise Java and Spring Boot applications in an Application Managed Services (AMS) setup. You will monitor and resolve production incidents, defects, performance problems, API failures and connectivity issues, investigate root causes, support DevOps activities, and work with development, infrastructure, database, middleware and business teams to keep services stable and improve operations.
Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in application support, Java development or application maintenance, with good knowledge of Spring Boot, APIs and production troubleshooting. Openings are listed across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Chennai and Greater Noida.
