Unisys is hiring an engineer for Microsoft Teams unified communications. You will support and configure Microsoft Teams and Teams Meeting Rooms, work with session border controllers such as AudioCodes or Ribbon, handle meeting room devices like Poly, Lenovo, Crestron and Surface Hub, and use Teams Admin Center tools to manage the environment. Knowledge of contact centre add-ons such as Anywhere 365 or Luware is a plus.
Requirements: a BA/BS degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years with Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs and Teams Rooms. Strong networking and VoIP knowledge is needed: routing and switching, TCP/IP, QoS, SIP, VLANs and WAN technologies. Listed for Gurugram and Bengaluru.
