Zendesk's Professional Services team is hiring an AI Services Consultant in Pune to help customers implement and adopt its AI-powered Resolution Platform. You will be the customer's technical and product expert, guiding them through configuration and optimisation of Zendesk AI, removing roadblocks, and using consulting and project management skills to integrate AI solutions smoothly. The goal is to speed up time-to-value and drive adoption and measurable business impact from first deployment through scale.
Requirements: at least 3 years of related experience in consulting or professional services, strong customer-facing communication, and comfort with technical configuration of SaaS or AI products. Hybrid role.
