Johnson Controls is hiring a Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst in Pune. Following set processes, you will support governance, compliance and life-cycle management of the company's global software assets: keeping licences compliant, reducing financial and operational risk, improving data quality and optimising software spend. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, vendors and business teams on audit readiness, entitlement and usage-data accuracy and process improvements, using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
What they look for: understanding of SAM/ITAM practices and licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS, cloud, enterprise agreements), the ability to review licence terms and contracts, and familiarity with ServiceNow SAM Pro or similar tools, CMDB, software discovery and endpoint management.
