NielsenIQ is hiring an Infrastructure Delivery Specialist in Chennai to provide technical support to its end users. Working with little supervision, you will give front-line and on-site support: installing, repairing and maintaining workstations and related hardware and software, troubleshooting failures and restoring equipment within SLA, working with other technical teams to resolve issues, and maintaining user accounts, admin rights and tickets in ServiceNow. Some support outside normal working hours may be needed.
Requirements: 3 to 6 years of related IT support experience with relevant certification, good troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused, professional approach. On-site role.
