Acumatica, a cloud ERP company, is hiring an Associate IT Analyst to provide technology support to employees in its Hyderabad office and remote users in the region. You will configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals, and handle workplace technology, identity and access, IT assets, business applications and service requests. You will own requests through to resolution or proper escalation and work with global IT teams to fix issues and improve the user experience.
Requirements: 2+ years in IT support, desktop support, service desk or a similar role, good troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused attitude.
