Dhan, the investment and trading platform built by Raise, is hiring a Production Support Engineer in Mumbai. You will work closely with engineering teams to keep systems running, monitor and resolve system errors and disruptions, investigate root causes and explain them to developers, and manage incidents with upstream data providers. You will also answer user queries and operational requests, document and review resolution steps, analyse alert and stability trends, prepare stability reports, and look for chances to automate.
Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in production or application support for software systems, strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication. Full-time, Mumbai.
