NTT DATA is hiring a Field Tech Associate for its End User Computing (EUC) team in Bengaluru, supporting end users at a client site. You will handle day-to-day incidents and service requests under the ITIL framework, carry out IMAC work (install, move, add, change) for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other equipment across desks, floors or buildings, and pick up new technologies as the business needs. Work is measured against SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in end user computing, IT support or asset management, with good troubleshooting skills.
