PwC India's Advisory practice is hiring an Associate 2 for Data Privacy in Noida. You will help clients meet global data protection rules by assessing how personal data is handled, advising on technical privacy safeguards such as encryption, pseudonymisation and access control and other privacy-enhancing technologies, and reviewing contracts and data processing agreements against privacy and regulatory obligations.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree in law, engineering, information security, computer science or a related field (a master's in MBA, law or information security is listed), 2 to 6 years of experience in data privacy, compliance or information security, and strong knowledge of GDPR, India's DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA and other privacy laws, plus technical privacy controls.
