Dentsu is offering a 6-month Graduate Trainee role in Online Reputation Management (ORM) at its Andheri East office in Mumbai, with the possibility of a full-time role afterwards based on performance. You will monitor and review user comments, feedback and complaints across brand social media handles and digital platforms (manually and with ORM tools), respond to negative comments within set timelines, acknowledge positive feedback, use social listening tools, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly ORM reports with insights to improve brand perception.
