Eaton's India Innovation Center is hiring an Associate Engineer - Reliability at its Magarpatta City office in Pune, focused on warranty analytics for Electrical Sector product lines. You will build and maintain warranty analytics dashboards, work with internal customers in quality, field sales and marketing, product engineering, warranty operations, field service and finance, spot emerging trends from the dashboards, and carry out deep-dive analyses that feed product and quality improvements.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree in any engineering stream with 0 to 2 years of experience in reliability or warranty analytics. Comfort with data, dashboards and analysis tools is useful.
