Eaton's India Innovation Center is hiring an engineer in reliability at its Magarpatta City office in Pune. You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining Engineering projects for electrical product lines, delivering quality work on schedule. Under guidance, you will identify and reduce reliability risks, follow the reliability sign-off process for new products, and work with design and test teams on analysis and validation for reliability and product safety requirements.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 0 to 2 years of experience. A master's in reliability, design, electrical or electronics engineering is preferred.
