Axis Bank's Human Resources department is hiring a Consultant for learning and training in Mumbai. Your main job will be to run online (VILT) and classroom training programmes, both functional and behavioural, for branch staff and other teams posted across locations. You will coordinate and facilitate programmes across your circles and plan and launch new programmes as business needs change.
Requirements: the bank lists a broad experience range of 1 to 15 years, so the grade offered will depend on your background. Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills are important; banking or training experience is an advantage.
