You join a squad, pair with a senior engineer who reviews every change, and ship real product features. Freshers rotate across product engineering, dashboards and client delivery during the first year, write their own tests, take ownership of a module within a few quarters and join the support rotation for what they build. You need a B.E., B.Tech or MCA with 0–1 year of experience, strong programming fundamentals (data structures, complexity), working Python, SQL and relational database basics, Git, and a self-built project you can explain and defend. An internship with production exposure, open-source contributions, or exposure to FastAPI, React, Kotlin or cloud is a plus.
