Bornwest, a remote-first product company, is hiring entry-level Software Developers for its India engineering team. This is a full-stack role: you will build and ship features with Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, PostgreSQL and Sidekiq on the backend, and JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3 and Tailwind on the frontend. You will write clean, tested code, give and receive code reviews, work with product and design to turn requirements into working software, and own bugs end to end. Candidates should be fresh graduates or have 0–2 years of software development experience, with a B.Tech, BCA or B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, ECE or a related field, and strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms. Prior Rails knowledge is not required, but curiosity and eagerness to learn are. The role is remote within India.
