Volvo Group is hiring a Graduate Apprentice Trainee for HR operations at its Hosakote plant under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). It is a one-year, hands-on on-the-job training programme. The trainee will track and report daily absenteeism, support recruitment, onboarding and induction of fixed-term staff and apprentices, help manage contract labour (attendance, biometric and monthly reports, statutory compliance, dashboards), coordinate training, assist with salary and wage administration inputs for payroll, and support employee welfare events, industrial visits and intern programmes. Eligibility: BBA or a relevant qualification. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus Power BI, is preferred. This is a temporary apprenticeship position.
