Pega's GenAI Engineering team in Bengaluru is hiring an AI/ML Software Engineer to design, build and deploy the GenAI services and AI agents behind Pega Infinity and the Pega AI Assistant. Work includes agent tools and MCP integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge services, AI guardrails and agent observability, plus prototypes and proofs of concept. You will take model development from problem framing through deployment and monitoring on cloud-native services running on AWS, GCP and customer-hosted environments, and partner with product managers. Applicants need a BE/MTech in a relevant field, 2–4 years of relevant experience and proven Python and ML skills.
