Citi is hiring a Business Analytics Analyst in Bengaluru (hybrid) with Python and SQL skills. You will gather operational data from cross-functional teams, study past business performance, find patterns and trends, and turn them into insights on customer behaviour that drive targeting, segmentation and decision strategies. The work can include exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, recommending process and policy improvements, and presenting findings clearly to business partners and senior leaders. You will also evaluate new data sources and tools. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience, the ability to retrieve and manipulate data, and preferably financial-domain knowledge.
