Salesforce is hiring a Technical Business Analyst for Product & Pricing Operations in Hyderabad (Hyderabad only, flexible office). You will design, implement and manage the configuration of Salesforce's internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems, govern quoting rules end to end through impact analysis, UAT support, defect fixes and production support, and translate business requirements into technical requirements with engineers and architects. Knowledge of quote-to-cash and new product introduction processes is important, and scripting to improve processes is a plus. Requirements: a B.Tech or equivalent, 3+ years of technical and admin experience on Salesforce projects, and 2+ years configuring CPQ systems.
