Alstom is hiring a Network Security Analyst in Bengaluru for its operations team, reporting to the Network Security Manager. You will handle ServiceNow incidents, service requests and changes for Zscaler cloud management in line with Alstom's security policy, run in-depth diagnostics with networking and Zscaler tools, help business users test and troubleshoot network or Zscaler issues, reproduce user problems and write knowledge-base articles for other support teams. Work must meet response and resolution SLAs and comply with Alstom's IS security rules. Requirements: an engineering degree and 3+ years as an IT support engineer working with Zscaler cloud proxy (ZIA) and ZPA.
