EXL is hiring a Data Engineer in Gurugram (hybrid) for its data and analytics team. You will design, build, optimise and maintain scalable data pipelines that feed enterprise reporting and analytics, with a focus on Azure and Databricks. The work covers ETL/ELT development, data modelling, data-quality validation and monitoring, and cloud data platform implementation, in close collaboration with business teams, analysts, architects and developers. Familiarity with Agile practices such as sprint planning and backlog refinement is expected. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in a data engineering role working with Databricks.
