Autodesk is hiring a SharePoint Operations Analyst in Bengaluru as part of its 24x7 support operations. You will provide operational support and administration for SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 collaboration services: troubleshooting site access, permissions, sharing, storage, sync and search issues, administering sites, groups and sharing settings, monitoring services and handling routine admin work by established procedures. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and build broader Microsoft 365 skills. Requirements: 2–5 years of Level 2 (L2) support experience with SharePoint Online.
