Autodesk is hiring an Exchange Online Operations Analyst in Bengaluru for its 24x7 support operations. You will support and administer Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, troubleshooting mail flow, mailbox access, permissions, distribution groups, transport rules, Teams policies, meetings and user access, while monitoring Microsoft 365 service health and responding to incidents. You will work with experienced team members and grow your wider Microsoft 365 expertise. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant Level 2 (L2) support experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams.
