EXL is hiring a Business Analyst in Ahmedabad (work from office) for marketing analytics on banking products. You will design data-driven campaign strategies from past performance, build and validate campaign audiences, develop AI/ML models to improve campaign ROI and targeting, run segmentation with decision trees and clustering, perform statistical A/B tests, analyse data in SAS, and maintain Tableau dashboards for non-technical stakeholders. You will also turn client requirements into technical specifications. Requirements: a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics or a related field and at least 3 years of analytics experience, preferably in marketing or BFSI.
