EXL is hiring an AI Engineer in Gurugram (hybrid) to build AI-first products. You will design agentic workflows, build and optimise RAG pipelines, prototype, test and scale ideas into production, and work across APIs, backend systems, integrations and deployment. The team wants people who move fast and are comfortable with high ownership. Requirements: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or AI/ML, strong Python, experience with LLM APIs and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or AutoGen, and real applications built (not just notebooks).
