Eaton is hiring an Associate Engineer for Factory Simulation in Hadapsar, Pune, within its Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team. You will support factory simulation projects across Eaton's industrial and electrical sites, building and maintaining discrete event simulation models of manufacturing lines, cells and factories in ProModel or similar 2D/3D tools, and collecting and analysing manufacturing data. You will work with manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, plant operations and Industry 4.0 teams globally to hit productivity targets. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering with 0–2 years of relevant industrial experience.
