You will install, test, commission and maintain BMS/IBMS systems and troubleshoot faults in building automation and field devices, covering HVAC controls, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, public address, intrusion detection and energy monitoring. The job includes preventive and corrective maintenance, attending customer service calls, analysing alarms, logs and network communication issues, coordinating with clients and OEMs, and preparing service reports while following safety standards. Requirements: a diploma or BE/BTech in electrical, electronics, instrumentation or a related field and 3–5 years of IBMS/BMS service experience.
