JLL is hiring a Duty Engineer in Gurugram to run engineering operations at a client facility. You will make sure electrical systems, HVAC and precision AC units, water, plumbing and sanitary systems, lifts and cafeteria equipment work properly, follow engineering and operating procedures, manage critical spares and inventory as per manufacturer guidance, coordinate repair and maintenance needs, follow up purchase orders through to invoicing, and liaise with M&E vendors on maintenance quality. Requirements: a B.E. or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering and 1–2 years of experience in hotel, IT or manufacturing facilities.
