Nomura is hiring a KYC Analyst for its Operations team in Powai, Mumbai. The 130+ member KYC team supports the firm's Asia ex-Japan, Japan, EMEA and US businesses with client onboarding and periodic KYC reviews for low-, medium- and high-risk clients, including private clients. The team resolves KYC issues raised by stakeholders within agreed turnaround times, acts as an AML/KYC governance function so that risks and regulations are properly managed, and works with regional partners on audits and data quality. Requirements: a graduate or MBA with 1–3 years of experience.
