Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Personal Banker for branch banking in Delhi. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, handle queries on accounts, deposits and payments, process cash and non-cash transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, demand drafts and cheques, follow operating processes and turnaround times, and identify customer needs to cross-sell savings accounts and other banking products. The role mixes customer service, operations and sales. Experience of 0 to 5 years is accepted, preferably in banking or financial services.
