Qualcomm India is hiring a Business Operations Analyst for its Global Business and Finance Support team, focused on Compute go-to-market channel operations. You will onboard partner accounts, manage product SKUs and partner offerings, and process Market Development Fund and Global Channel Incentive claims in line with program rules. The role also covers marketing budgets, fund allocations and requests, financial tracking, reporting and billing, and acting as a contact point for channel partners, HQ and sales teams. Requirements: a Bachelor's degree (a Master's in business management, operations or analytics is preferred), 0-1 year of experience in PC OEM, semiconductor channel or business operations, strong advanced Excel skills, and good analytical and communication skills; Salesforce certification is a plus. Be ready for regular evening calls (8-11 PM IST) or a 2:30-11:30 PM shift when needed.
