Salad Days, a healthy-meals brand running 29 kitchens across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai, is hiring a Kitchen Associate (Trainee) at its Electronic City kitchen in Bengaluru. You will support daily kitchen operations: keeping your station clean, following food safety and hygiene rules, doing mise-en-place prep, helping cook and assemble meals to standard, and supporting packing and dispatch when needed. The kitchen runs from 7 AM to 3 AM; candidates must be open to break shifts (10 AM-3 PM and 7 PM-12 AM), with a regular shift of about 10 hours. A meal is provided each shift, and two meals on break shifts. Requirements: minimum 10th pass, basic knowledge of cutting and food preparation, physically fit for a fast-paced kitchen, good hygiene, discipline and punctuality, willingness to learn and the ability to follow instructions and work in a team. 0-1 year experience.
