Equifax is hiring a Software Engineer II at its Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) centre. You will handle day-to-day application development: writing and unit-testing code, deploying to development environments, documenting your work, joining estimation and planning, fixing performance issues and working in code owned by other team members. The team builds high-scale applications from backend to UI with a focus on security, reliability and modern practices such as microservices and serverless.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of software design and programming in Java, Python and JavaScript
- 2+ years with build tools such as Maven or Gradle, and with HTML/CSS front-end work
- 2+ years of software testing and quality engineering practice
- 2+ years with a cloud platform (GCP, AWS or Azure)
